Hi, I'm Jordan. I'm a NASM Quadruple-Certified personal trainer specializing in GLP-1 coaching for women. Based in Fort Worth, TX — and fully online. I built Lasting Impact for women who are done starting over.
Book a Discovery CallNone of my GLP-1 clients were eating. In my first month of coaching them, I'd see a single snack logged in someone's calorie tracker and assume they'd forgotten the rest. They hadn't. And they were excited — the scale was dropping. What they didn't see was what was dropping with it: the muscle they couldn't afford to lose.
This wasn't a one-off. It was every GLP-1 client I took on. The pharma company sells the shot. The doctor prescribes it. No one teaches the right way to use it — so a woman with a prescription and a scale is left to figure out the rest on her own, through social media and patchwork Google searches.
Your metabolism, your strength, your resilience — it all comes from lean mass. The shot ends one day, and when it does, you're left with far less of it than when you started. With that comes a slower metabolism, a weaker body, and a relapse waiting to happen.
I've coached long enough to know what works when the body changes faster than the habits do. Your body needs a resistance training routine you actually understand — not one you follow blindly. A diet that includes real food — protein especially — and works with your symptoms, not against them. And most importantly: a program that leaves you with habits that don't have you relying on a shot, or a coach, for the rest of your life. Aren't you tired of restarting?
This started with GLP-1 patients. It hasn't stayed there. The same principles apply whenever the body is in transition — women navigating perimenopause, clients rebuilding after injury, anyone who's hit the point where templates stop working. The doorway was GLP-1. The work has always been bigger than that.
A shot is temporary. Habits stay.
Across three GLP-1 clients — 3 to 11 months of coaching — none lost more than 26% of their weight from lean mass. The clinical literature shows it can go as high as 40%.

Most programs are templates. They tell you what to do, hand you a meal plan, and wish you luck. When life inevitably changes — a vacation, a stress week, a busy season, a medication adjustment — the template doesn't bend. You do. Then you fall off. Then you start over.
Lasting Impact is built on the opposite premise: that a plan you understand is a plan you can sustain.
I hold all four of these NASM specializations — a combination most coaches in this space don't have. Together they let me coach across the full spectrum of women's strength work: GLP-1 patients who need lean mass preservation, midlife clients navigating perimenopause and joint demands, and anyone ready for programming built around their body instead of a template.
GLP-1 medications work. The medical care your prescriber provides is essential. My role isn't to second-guess that — it's to build the training and nutrition program that protects your body while the medication does its job, and keeps your results once it's done.
I'm not a medical provider. I don't diagnose. I don't prescribe. I don't replace your doctor. I make the medication work better — and I make the results last.
I grew up in southwest Louisiana, then bounced through Alexandria, Morgan City, and Thibodaux before landing in Fort Worth.
If an artist I love is playing within driving distance, I'm going. Past two years: Hozier, The Lumineers, Zach Bryan, and Noah Kahan (a second time in August).
I say yes to anything competitive. Basketball, baseball, football, soccer, golf — I grew up on all of it, and I'll still pick up a ball or a club whenever someone offers.
I learn by doing, not by hearing. I coach the same way. I won't ask you to do something I'm not willing to walk through with you — and I believe repetition beats lecturing, every time.
