Your prescriber leads every medical decision — dosage, side effects, adjustments, labs. I don't touch any of that. My role is the training and nutrition side: building a resistance program that protects your lean mass, designing a protein-forward nutrition strategy, and putting habit infrastructure in place so adherence gets easier, not harder.

If you want me to share progress data with your medical team — body composition shifts, training progression, dietary patterns — I'm happy to coordinate. I work with your prescriber, never against them.

It happens, and the program is built for it. Dose changes, switching medications, or pausing GLP-1s entirely all affect your appetite, energy, and recovery — which means your training and nutrition need to adjust too.

When something changes on the medical side, we recalibrate. Your check-ins exist for exactly this kind of moment.

In nearly every case, yes — most prescribers actively want their GLP-1 patients doing resistance training and protein-forward nutrition. That's exactly what this program provides.

Lasting Impact is not a medical provider. I don't diagnose, prescribe, or replace your doctor. I build the lifestyle side of your program around the protocol your prescriber sets. If your prescriber wants to be looped in or have questions, I'm happy to coordinate directly.

Both work. Your program is built around the equipment you have access to. A full gym opens up more options, but resistance bands, dumbbells, and a few household items are enough to run an effective muscle-preservation program — especially on GLP-1s, where the goal isn't to lift the heaviest possible weight, it's to give your body a reason to keep its lean mass.

We'll talk through your setup on the discovery call and build accordingly.

All group coaching calls are recorded and posted to the private community group within 24 hours. You can watch on your schedule and submit questions ahead of time if you want them answered live in your absence.
